Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Evi-Studio is a service of Evinet.group, Switzerland. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you order custom songs, jingles or album productions, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. Data we collect

• Order details: first name, last name, email address and phone number.
• Creative content: occasion, the person or subject of your song, bullet points and links you provide.
• Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your card details.
• Contact form messages.

3. How we use it

Exclusively to write your lyrics, produce your music, process your payment and communicate with you about your order. We do not sell data and do not use advertising trackers.

4. Payment processing

Card payments are processed by Stripe under its privacy terms. Swiss QR transfers are credited to the account stated on the payment slip. We retain the amount, order reference, credit date and bank transaction number for manual verification and legal recordkeeping.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep order data only as long as needed to deliver your production and meet legal retention duties. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via hello@evinet.group.

6. Your story stays yours

Personal stories you share for a song are treated confidentially and are never reused for other customers or published without your explicit consent.

7. Language preference

We use your browser language for the initial display. If you select a language, we save that preference locally in your browser. It is not used for advertising or tracking.
